Any
unauthorized usage will be billed at 3 times the normal rate charged
by Yuichi Takasaka/Blue Moon Promotions for such usage.
If bill is not paid in full
within 30 days, Yuichi Takasaka/Blue Moon Promotions will prosecute
said
unauthorized usage to the full extent of the Canadian Copyright Law.
